Who Can Apply?
If you are not a citizen from a country with a visa waiver agreement you must apply for a US visa before you travel to the United States. If you are aged over 13 and under 80 years old you MUST attend a compulsory visa interview at a US Embassy or Consulate in the country where you live. If you currently reside in the United States you must attend your visa interview in neighboring Canada.
There are no exceptions to this rule.
US Visa Requirements
US Immigration recently announced that all visa applicants must have a compulsory visa interview to determine their low risk status as visitors to the United States. Additionally, all non-immigrant visa applicants must complete the new DS-160 visa application form (see STEP 1 below) and pay their visa issuance fees before applying for a US visa appointment. You will not be able to book an appointment without a DS-160 confirmation number.
Visa appointments are extremely hard to find. Remember the more flexible you can be with the location of your visa appointment the more chance you have of obtaining it.
Inaccurate or incomplete US visa application forms may lead to you being denied a US visa.
How to Apply?
STEP 1: Download the relevant DS-160 application depending on the type of visa you are applying for. If you already have a DS-160 confirmation number, skip to STEP 2.
- DS-160 for B1-B2 visa (Visitors and Business & Pleasure)
- DS-160 for F, J, M and Q visa (Student/Exchange)
- DS-160 for H visa (Temporary Work)
- DS-160 for E visa (Treaty Traders or Treaty Investors)
- DS-160 for C and D visa (Crew Members)
- DS-160 for L visa (Intracompany Transferees)
- DS-160 for K visa (Fiancees and Spouses of US Citizens)
- DS-160 for O visa (Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement)
- DS-160 for R visa (Religious Worker)
- DS-160 for Laser visa (Border Crossing Card)
- DS-160 for other visas
Every person applying for a US visa MUST fill out a separate DS-160 application form.
STEP 2: Download the U.S Visa appointment form:
STEP 3: Email or fax both forms and your supporting documents to info@immigrationpassportvisa.com or fax it to 1-877-635-7187
STEP 4: Complete the IPVS service fee of $199.99 via PayPal.
STEP 5: On receipt of your application forms and payment, your data will be reviewed and forwarded to the Processing Department.
STEP 6: The next step is to wait for us to contact you with your DS-160 confirmation number. We will notify you of the date and place of your Visa Interview which will be at a US Embassy or Consulate in the country where you live. If you currently reside in the United States you must attend your visa interview in Canada.

If you wish to apply directly with the government, please visit the official government website.
The IPVS service fee must be paid via PayPal – your application cannot be processed unless you have made a PayPal transaction. Government fees will be paid using the credit card included on your application form. All fees are non-refundable.
Dependants
All dependent family members must also attend your US visa interview. We make no charge for adding dependents to your application as long as they are immediate family members of the principal applicant. Dependents are classed as children, parents, spouse i.e. close family members. Every member of your family must have their own DS-160 confirmation number and must have paid a separate government visa application fee.
